Course schedule
No course date plannedOver the past years the inland navigation sector has been thoroughly modernised. Fleets have been extended by (bigger) double-hulled vessels and existing vessels have been rebuilt. As a result, ship stability has become an issue of increased significance, not only to be seriously considered during construction but also during loading. The course deals with various topics, among which:

- Stability principles for leaking vessels
- Stability-related legislation
- Manual stability computation for inland navigation
- Manual stability computation for inland navigation tankers
- Sagging during the loading of vessels
- How do I optimise stability for my vessel?
- Specialised loading software.
